If you do not have any school aged children that you will be homeschooling at the time you sign up, please wait on filling out the application until you have at least one child in Kindergarten. Thank You!

When filling out the form: The "Secondary Name" should be your spouse. And please include ALL of your children that you will be bringing to co-op -- from infants to 18.

 When filling out the form below, be sure to save the user name and password you enter - you will need them to log in once your membership is approved.

When adding more than 1 child, please click  "+Add Child" after adding your first child. Shown in the picture below:
